The folder named 'CDROM' contains the complete contents of 
the CD for "Designing and Programming CICS Applications ". 
To navigate its contents, start with the HTML document:
	cics_applications.html

The folder "zipfiles" contains the complete CD in 9 zipfiles, 
containing the following folders:
	cicsadp
	Content
	Corba Server
	images
	MQSeries-Java Client
	PDFs
	Visual Basic with Interspace Customer Service Application
	Web Component

"index.zip" contains index.html and copyright.txt, found in the 
root of the CICS CD. 

For basic navigation of the CD, the following zip files are needed:

	images.zip
	PDFs.zip
	index.zip
	Web Component.zip
