The folder CDROM contains the complete CD. 

Within the folder CDROM\3rdparty can be found the demo and evaluation
third-party software as noted in appendix F. Included are zipped files of
those folders for easy download. 

Winlog.zip contains the CD folder 'Bin', the folder 'Book', 'Readme.htm', and
'Readme.txt' (the book examples). It does not contain the third-party software
(see above).
