The file w95102b1.zip contains:

~ a readme file with information about using an alternate
  browser with the GFF program.

~ an updated gff.exe file for Windows NT 4.0 and 
  Windows 95.  (This will most likely resolve a 
  "failed to connect to browser" message that the 
  gff.exe program gives on Windows NT 4.0.  
  (Information on what to do with gff.exe is in 
  the readme file.)
