This website contains all of the source code required to build all the
examples in our book. This includes the appropriate project files for
the various software development environments (Visual Basic, AppForge,
Metrowerks, Palm WCA and IIS). In addition, databases are provided for
those examples that use SQL.

However, we purposely do not include any compiled executables for any
of the example programs. This is for two reasons, one pedagogical, and
the other cynical. First, we feel that it is instructive, in fact
necessary, for readers to compile and build the programs themselves.
Second, we did not want to assume the responsibility of delivering
compiled programs that will work safely on all possible combinations of
Windows and Palm devices.
